10 Self-contained Apartment Nigeria House Plan design

This is a modern design of self contained dwelling unit, design to create privacy for each occupant of the apartment. The self contained is into two different segments; in the first segment you have four semi detached unit of self contained apartment with reasonable space between each detached apartment to give room for privacy and proper air ventilation.

The second self contained dwelling unit is a two storey self contained apartment and is located at the other end of the plot creating adequate space for car parks, proper air circulation in the environment and superb privacy for each occupant.

All the rooms in the self contained apartment are standard rooms and it contained the closet area and a small lobby which connects the kitchen and the bathroom with an exit door to outside the court yard where you have access to a small green garden area..

This style of self contained is suitable for about one plot and half, if you want to achieve all functionality of this design, but if you wish to economize more space it can be adjusted to fit into a plot of land.
