3 bedroom and attached self-contained house design

As you approach the entrance of this 3 bedroom with attached self-contained, the first point you will meet is the sit out of the 3 bedroom apartment before you to the self-contained apartment. The entrance sit-out of both apartments is located at the front side of this portable house plan.

The sit-out of the 3 bedrooms is reasonable enough to accommodate 3 to 4 sits arranged side by side, from the cutout area, you can access the main door and move straight to the main lounge. The main lounge has dining connected to it and a door that connects you to the visitor’s toilet lobby. from

At the dining hall, you can access a lobby that connects you to the rest of the 3 rooms and also to the kitchen area, the kitchen is big enough and it has a store and a  verandah to carry out other kitchen activities.

All the rooms except the master room in the 3 bedroom apartment are standard size bedrooms and have their own toilet and bathroom system including an inbuilt wardrobe unit, the master bedroom is a little bigger than the remaining 2 rooms. the toilet sizes are all reasonable size for a 3-bedroom apartment.

The self-contained as I said earlier is located at the front of this beautiful house design concept, it has a front sit-out, a lobby area that connects the kitchen and the toilet, and an exit door that you can use to go out if you do not want to use the entrance door.
