The contemporary 5-bedroom duplex design concept

Welcome to the house plan market, this Contemporary 5 bedroom design concept is designed to fit into plots of land bigger than a plot measuring 50 x 100ft or above. the roof design is a combination of flat and concrete roofing styles and is a 5-bedroom duplex with a library and guest room located on the ground floor while the rest 4 rooms are located on the upper floor section.

As you approach the entrance porch, you will have access to the door by your left-hand side leading you to the ante-room where you can relax until you are invited to the main lounge. The anteroom is spacious enough and has two sliding doors, one door will lead you to the lobby that is linked to the visitor toilet while the other door gives you direct access to the main lounge.

The main lounge is very big and has i dining hall directly in front, from the main lounge you can also access the central lobby that connects you to the visitor toilet, the kitchen, the library, the guest room, and the staircase. The staircase is positioned at the center of the apartment and is designed as an open stair hall sharing part of the main hall and the lobby area.

The kitchen unit is very big, it is connected to a store and has an external sit-out area for relaxation, the laundry is attached to the kitchen sit-out area. there is no direct connection between the kitchen and the dining hall. you can only access the kitchen through the central lobby unit.

The guest room is positioned toward the end of the building, it has a very big room with an attached wardrobe and toilet space. The central lobby area is also the only point that you can use to access the guest room.

At the staircase area, once you pass through the stair hall, you will arrive at a central lobby on the upper floor, you can see through the main lounge as you move through the staircase until you get to the lobby area on the first floor. At the lobby point, you can access all four remaining rooms and a mini lounge. the mini lounge has a small sit-out area and is connected to another private lounge that is also connected to the big open balcony area at the right-hand side of the 5-bedroom design duplex house plan.
