All House plans at Nigeria House Plan  are directly the property of the architect or house plan designer associated with Ebhos works and protected under Federal copyright laws.

Nigeria House Plan will not be held liable for any house plan image or images/articles which is uploaded on our platform without due or express permission from the  authorize owner or architect.

Any unlawful reproduction or copy of any parts or images of any house plan or articles on Nigeria House Plan  violate the copy right laws and offender will be seriously liable to pay for damages and legal fees up to the tune of N140,000 per offence committed.

License to reproduce are granted only to customers who wants to engage their local designer or Architects for the purpose of modifying the plan to suite their taste or seize of land, however this does not allow the purchaser to build more than one house from the design plan.

All materials and data store or uploaded on Nigeria House Plan by other House Plan designers or Architects are seen as the  duplicate copy of the owner, and  Building plan market has the right to reproduce it for the purpose of granting access to clients or customer as the case may warrant it.

This material may  be reused in anyway  without due permission of the owner.
