WHAT DOES THE HARD COPY PLAN SET CONTAINED ?

When you choose to purchase our Hard copy House Plan set, one thing you must bear in mind is that you will provide us with your basic information like your names and the address of the site location. Your survey plan will also be required from you to scan and send  to us.

Basically a complete house plan comprises of the Architectural drawings, Electrical designs, Mechanical designs and in some cases where storey building is involved the Structural details will be added to the set of drawings.

Our professional seals for all relevant drawings are optional and will only be  included in the Hard Copy House Plan Set. If you choose the seal option in the add to cart page for  us to include our professional seal in your house plan document.

The Hard copy house plan set will take 3 to 7 business working days to be processed and will be delivered to you via any courier option of your choice available in our Shipment detailed page.
