This 4-Unit One-Storey Apartment Design is a well-thought-out residential building that combines two-bedroom and one-bedroom flats within a single structure. The design spans a ground floor plus first floor, with each level carefully organized to provide privacy, efficient circulation, and functional living spaces for multiple households. The layout is symmetrical and practical, making it ideal for multi-family living or rental purposes in urban or suburban areas.

On the ground floor, the plan accommodates two self-contained apartment units arranged side by side along a central circulation path. Each unit opens through a small veranda, creating a welcoming transition into the home. From the entrance, you step into a lobby that flows directly into the lounge—the main living and relaxation area. The lounges are positioned near the dining areas, forming an open and connected living space. Adjacent to the dining areas are the kitchens, designed for convenience and efficient workflow. Bedrooms are located further inside the units to ensure privacy, with strategically placed toilets and bathrooms—some ensuite and others shared. Walkways between units and service areas make moving around the ground floor easy, without disturbing the private spaces of each apartment.

The first floor mirrors the ground floor layout, housing two more apartment units. Access is provided via a central and rear staircase, ensuring smooth vertical circulation and emergency exit options. Each upper-floor unit begins with a veranda or lobby leading into a spacious lounge, which connects naturally to the dining area and kitchen. Bedrooms are separated from living spaces to enhance comfort and privacy, with multiple bathrooms positioned for private and shared use. This repetition of layout across both floors simplifies navigation and reduces construction costs.

In terms of size, the total ground-floor building dimension measures approximately 35.399 meters in length and 10.750 meters in width. Considering these dimensions, this building is not suitable for a plot measuring 50 × 100 ft (approximately 15.24 × 30.48 meters), as it would exceed the plot length and leave little to no space for setbacks, parking, or service areas.

Overall, this 4-Unit One-Storey Apartment Design is a smart and functional layout for multi-family living. It carefully separates living, service, and private zones while maintaining efficient circulation. However, due to its size, it is better suited for a larger plot where it can fit comfortably, allowing adequate space around the building for external amenities and movement.
