Club House Design – Overview
The clubhouse design offers a lively and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you approach it. The ground floor begins with an inviting entrance hall that leads directly into a spacious sit-out area, giving guests an easy place to settle in before entering the main activity zones. From here, you step into the heart of the clubhouse, where multiple bar sections create a vibrant social hub. These bars are positioned so guests can move freely between areas without crowding, making the entire flow feel natural and open.
At the center of the ground floor is a generous clubhouse activity area, designed to accommodate gatherings, events, and everyday relaxation. The placement of the stage gives the space a strong focal point, ideal for performances and entertainment. A dedicated VIP bar sits slightly apart from the main bar area, offering a more exclusive experience while still staying connected to the rest of the floor. Toilets on both sides of the building ensure convenience for all guests, and the thoughtfully included barbecue spot adds an outdoor social element that complements the sit-out spaces. Several staircases are spread across the ground floor, providing easy access to the upper level and ensuring smooth movement during busy events.
The first floor builds on this energy by extending the social areas upward. Here, you’ll find multiple open bar sections that overlook the activities below, thanks to a large void that visually connects both floors and allows air and light to circulate naturally. The first-floor clubhouse area continues the open, free-flowing concept, giving room for additional seating, relaxation, or event overflow. A security house is also included on this level to support operational control and staff needs, while toilets remain available on both sides for guest comfort. Overall, the first floor feels like an elevated extension of the ground floor—equally open, social, and dynamic.
Given the number of activity zones, bars, open spaces, and circulation paths throughout both floors, the layout is clearly designed for a setting with more space than a single standard plot. This clubhouse would be more comfortable on land larger than one plot, where outdoor areas, parking, and movement around the building can be fully accommodated.
