Exclusive Hotel House Plan – Full Overview
This Exclusive Hotel House Plan is thoughtfully designed to create a warm and efficient experience for guests from the moment they arrive. The ground floor begins with a welcoming entrance porch that opens into a comfortable waiting room, giving visitors a place to settle before moving deeper into the building. From there, they step into the main lobby, which serves as the heart of the ground floor and conveniently connects to a visitor toilet. On one side of the lobby, you’ll find an organized hospitality section with a main bar, an alternative bar, and a VIP bar area—perfect for guests who want a premium experience. Just behind this area are the service spaces, including the kitchen, laundry, and stores, all located close together for smooth daily operations.
As you move through the central walkway, you’ll notice that the guest rooms are arranged neatly on both sides of the building. These rooms are supported by several well-positioned toilet units to ensure convenience for all occupants. Toward the back of the ground floor is a small veranda and the staircase that leads up to the first floor, connecting both levels seamlessly.
The first floor follows a similar functional layout. A central lobby leads to additional guest rooms arranged along the walkways, each supported by toilet facilities placed within easy reach. This floor also includes a VIP area for guests who prefer extra comfort and privacy, as well as a common room/bar where visitors can relax and socialize. A sit-out area on this level adds a nice outdoor touch, giving guests a place to enjoy fresh air. The staircase lands at a central point, making it easy for guests to navigate the upper level without confusion.
Based on the measurements shown in the plan, the building has an overall footprint of about 40.849 meters by 16.192 meters, which converts to roughly 134 feet in length and 53 feet in width. With this width, the hotel cannot fit on a 50 ft × 100 ft plot. The building alone is wider than the entire plot, even before adding compulsory setbacks on both sides. To comfortably accommodate this hotel design, a much larger plot—ideally around 70 ft by 120 ft or more—would be needed.
