Each plan, whether it’s a bungalow, duplex, or multi-storey building, has its own ID number, which ensures there is no confusion when discussing or purchasing a plan.
On BuildingPlanNG, the House Plan ID is usually displayed in two places on a plan’s page. It appears on top of the main house plan image, making it easy to see as soon as you open the page. It is also listed in the Details section below the plan overview, along with other important information like the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and dimensions.
The House Plan ID is important because it allows buyers, agents, and the support team to refer to the exact same design without mistakes. When contacting an agent, making an inquiry, or saving a plan for later, using the Plan ID ensures everyone is clear about which house plan you are referring to. It acts as a reliable reference throughout your house plan search and purchase process.
