Yes — but with some limitations. On BuildingPlanNG, you can request modifications to most house plans, such as adjusting room layouts, adding bedrooms, or changing the exterior design. However, modification requests are not available for the Floor Plan Alone set. This is because the Floor Plan Alone only provides the basic layout without the full construction details needed for safe and accurate changes.
To request a modification for eligible plan sets (PDF, AutoCAD, or full plan sets), simply contact the designer via the chat feature or the contact information provided on the plan page. Clearly explain the changes you want so the designer can advise on feasibility, costs, and timelines. Modifications ensure that the house plan meets your specific needs, land size, and lifestyle preferences, while still remaining professionally designed and buildable.
