This unique 5-bedroom Nigerian duplex house design is carefully planned to suit a plot of land measuring approximately 60 × 120 ft. Every section of the house is thoughtfully designed to deliver comfort, functionality, and modern living.

The entrance porch is spacious and can comfortably be used to receive and entertain visitors from a distance before they access the interior of the house. The main entrance door opens into a lobby that clearly separates the ante room from the main lounge, ensuring privacy and proper zoning of spaces.

The ante room is generously sized and provides access to the ground-floor guest bedroom as well as the visitor’s toilet. This space serves as a welcoming reception area while maintaining separation from the main living spaces.

The main lounge is exceptionally spacious—approximately three times the size of the ante room—and features a dining hall that blends seamlessly with it. From the dining area, a secondary lobby connects you to the staircase, kitchen, and study room. The kitchen is large and well-ventilated, complete with a veranda, store, and laundry area, making it highly functional for everyday use.

The staircase leads to the first floor, where you are welcomed by a central lobby. This lobby connects the madam’s bedroom, the library, and another private lobby that leads to the master bedroom, children’s bedroom, and the family private lounge.

The private lounge on the first floor includes a sit-out balcony designed for relaxation and quiet moments. All bedrooms in this duplex are en-suite, each with a private toilet and bathroom, and all rooms are larger than standard bedroom sizes.

The master bedroom and madam’s bedroom are especially spacious and uniquely designed with a connecting internal door, offering flexibility and convenience for the homeowners.

This 5-bedroom duplex house design combines elegance, space, and practicality, making it an excellent choice for families seeking a premium Nigerian home design. Let me know if you are interested in this unique house design concept or would like to purchase the complete house plan set.
